Tobacco Free Partnership of DeSoto County Update

The Tobacco Free Partnership of DeSoto County is currently undergoing a transition to a new fiscal agent. The QuitDoc Foundation, which has managed the partnership since 2009, recently elected not to renew the contract with the Florida Department of Health.

The Department of Health is currently working out the details for the new provider contract. Once this has been settled, we will be able to continue our work in the community.

We apologize for the gap in services at this time, but we are hopeful that we will be back to full capacity over the summer.
